Q. What is your refund policy?
A. All digital items (including custom orders) are for final sale. For custom orders - if for any reason you do not wish to have your order completed, please let us know within 24 - 48 hours for us to cancel and refund. 

Q. Do you ship your buttons internationally?
A. At this time, we can only ship the buttons within the United States.

Q. Where can I find your mobile game apps?
A. Currently, you can find our mobile games via Game Jolt.  You can check out our Portfolio for a list of apps that we've worked on.

Q. I'm interested in having a website done. Where can I find out more?

Q. I would like to have my website / shop promoted on your website. Where can I contact?
A. Please visit our Contact Page to submit your request. Be sure to include these words in the subject line "Request For Promotion" so this way we can respond as soon as possible!

Q. Do you collect sales tax?
A. We only collect sales tax for residents in New York.  Red Lotus Designz is a registered business in the State of New York.  As of 2/27/13, we are required to charge sales tax on our items.

Spiritual FAQ

Q. What is the refund policy for your spiritual items?
A. All of our spiritual items are for final sale. We do not provide exchanges due to the nature of the products.

Q. Do you ship items international?
A. At this time, we only ship physical items within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico).
